All along the seasons, work in the field demands a lot of energy from the different winemakers of the Tanguapo house. Knowing every inch of his parcels, Tanguapo Sparkling Wines runs carefully the different interventions in the vineyard. Before the harvest, he watches over the good ripeness and the natural acidity of the grapes which, combined in a proper balance, guarantee the good aging of the wines.

The «Tanguapo style» starts during the harvest. It is a crucial step. It consists in protecting the unity of the grapes by a soft and split press.

At Tanguapo, we make our wines with care, paying careful attention to the delicate nature of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes we grow on our estate. Grapes are always hand picked and gently pressed. Production in our state-of-the-art facilities is limited, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship possible.

We make three traditional styles of sparkling wine: Blanc de Noirs, Cuvée Spéciale and Blanc de Blancs.
